Knoxville Academy of Martial Arts operates at 10961 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee, serving martial artists in the Farragut and west Knoxville areas. The facility offers instruction across Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, morning Muay Thai, adult martial arts, kids classes, and homeschool martial arts programs. The academy is owned and directed by master instructor Robert Butturini, a Knoxville native who began martial arts training in 1990. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction is led by head instructor Mark Nawrocki, a black belt who directs the academy grappling curriculum. Striking programs are supervised by lead instructor Nathaniel Dee, a 4th Degree Black Belt experienced in karate and kickboxing, supported by instructors Zack Guity and Braden Taylor. Classes combine technical striking drills, submission grappling fundamentals, positional transitions, and physical conditioning. The gym provides structured youth day camps and after-school programs alongside evening adult martial arts sessions.
