Krav Maga Mind Body

Krav Maga Mind Body is a practical self-defense and fitness training studio located at 1360 Logan Avenue, Suite 105, in Costa Mesa, California. The training center focuses on Israeli military self-defense concepts combined with functional conditioning for kids, teenagers, and adults. The school was established by founding and lead instructor Mayra, who started her Krav Maga training in 2003. Instruction focuses on instinctive movements, awareness training, and simultaneous defense and counterattack designed to neutralize confrontations quickly and safely. Training options accommodate practitioners across all age groups and experience levels. Offerings include youth Krav Maga classes for children ages 3 to 5 and youth ages 6 to 11, specialized teen sessions for students ages 12 to 17, adult Krav Maga training for men and women, and personalized one-on-one coaching sessions.
