Lancaster Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Lancaster Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is located in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Established in 2008, the academy serves martial artists, competitive grapplers, and families across Ephrata, PA. Training follows the school motto of Family, Friends, Jiu Jitsu, providing sessions designed for students across all experience levels. The school was opened in 2008, and in 2015 current head instructor Mark Sweigart assumed ownership of the gym, restructuring the curriculum with input from local instructors. Sweigart directs daily training sessions, focusing on both fundamental and advanced techniques while building a dedicated team atmosphere on the mats. Class schedules provide training sessions six days a week alongside an open mat every Sunday. Adult instruction includes Gi Fundamentals, Gi ALL Levels, NoGi Fundamentals, NoGi ALL Levels, TechnoRolling, and MMA. Youth programs cater to ages 4-16, featuring Little Gorillas, Gorillas, Teens Gi, and Kids MMA classes.
