Legacy Martial Arts

Legacy Martial Arts operates at 535 N. Locust Grove Rd, Suite 120, in Meridian, Idaho. Serving families across the Treasure Valley for 24 years, the academy specializes in Taekwondo instruction, leadership training, and practical self-defense for practitioners of all ages. The instructional team is guided by chief instructors Master Jim Neitzell and Master Heather Neitzell, who both hold the rank of 6th Degree Black Belt. As the founder of the school, Master Heather Neitzell established a curriculum centered on character development and personal discipline. The coaching roster also features certified instructor Jaden Vong, a 5th Degree Black Belt who began training at age six and has earned 35 State Championships and 21 District titles in competitive Taekwondo. Classes are divided into specialized programs, including preschool instruction, youth and teen martial arts, and adult self-defense. Students learn traditional forms, sparring drills, and board breaking while building physical fitness. Prospective members can sign up for an introductory trial program directly through the school website.
