Legion MMA & Fitness

Legion MMA & Fitness delivers martial arts education and combat sports training at 16532 North Hwy 41 in Rathdrum, Idaho. The training facility conducts scheduled group classes, conditioning sessions, and open training for children, teens, and adults across Rathdrum and northern Idaho communities. The academy is owned and operated by Head Coach Duque Dupré, who brings more than twenty years of coaching experience across combat disciplines. Dupré is a USA Boxing Coach who previously instructed striking and mixed martial arts at Boxing Club San Diego, Victory MMA, Alliance San Diego Eastlake, and Gracie Raleigh. Youth coaching is supported by Amber Epps, a Rathdrum native who instructs youth boxing and jiu-jitsu classes. Coursework encompasses adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai striking, and mixed martial arts. Youth programs feature Kids Jiu Jitsu for ages 7 to 12 in both gi and no-gi formats alongside Kids Kickboxing, with free trial classes available for new practitioners.
