Lion Pryde Muay Thai delivers dedicated striking instruction and combat conditioning at 5858 Old Pascagoula Road, Suite A, in Mobile, Alabama. The gym concentrates on developing well-rounded martial artists and athletes through focused training in traditional Thai striking alongside complementary cross-training in boxing, kickboxing, and physical fitness. The instructional team is headed by Coach Brandon Howie, who brings more than twenty years of Muay Thai training, a decade of coaching background, and five years of competitive experience. Coach Howie was trained personally by Kru Ray Cole of Khanomtom Muay Thai and previously served as the head Muay Thai instructor at Robson Moura BJJ in Tampa. He is supported by intermediate and fight team coach Sel Palmer, youth coach Vee, and multi-discipline striking coach Andrew "Coach Drew" Turner. Every class follows a daily technical outline that systematically builds mechanics from the ground up through partner drills, pad work, and heavy bag work. Training sessions open with structured warm-ups and conclude with strength and conditioning exercises emphasizing functional body-weight movements, resistance training, and agility drills.
