Live Wire Grappling

Live Wire Grappling is a wrestling and combat training club based in Lake Forest, California. The academy is committed to empowering athletes through competitive wrestling, structuring programs for youth from sixth grade through high school, as well as collegiate and adult competitors. Instruction is delivered by seasoned wrestling and combat coaches with decades of coaching background in competitive scholastic and mixed martial arts environments. Training emphasizes takedown mechanics, top control, defensive positioning, and work ethic in an athlete-first setting designed to build match confidence. The club operates year-round with seasonal cycles in spring, summer, fall, and winter, offering both group classes and private lessons.
