Logic Jiu Jitsu Academy is a martial arts training facility located in Sacramento, California. The academy delivers structured instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and athletic conditioning for adults, youth, and older practitioners across Land Park and the Sacramento area. Instruction is guided by a dedicated coaching staff providing technical grappling classes for practitioners of every experience level. In addition to core Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the academy conducts Logic 45+ Strength and Mobility Training, a specialized program designed for adults 45 and older seeking to maintain functional strength and joint mobility. The youth schedule features age-divided gi classes for kids ages 3 to 5 and ages 6 to 8, building foundational motor skills and self-discipline. Prospective members can experience the academy through an introductory three-day free trial covering jiu-jitsu or mobility sessions.
