Maelstrom Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Academy & Strength Training Studio is located at 2500 Ohio Avenue, St. Louis, MO, 63104, with a facility also listed at 6646 Gravois Ave St. Louis, MO 63116. Available membership plans include an All-day Pass, 2x Weekly, and Monthly Unlimited. The gym offers martial arts and conditioning programs across the week. Brazilian Jiu jitsu sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays 12pm – 1pm, Monday thru Friday 7pm - 9pm, and Saturdays 11am-1pm. Members can also participate in Striking Class on Monday, Wednesday 6:15pm – 7pm and Strength and Cardio HIIT Training on Tuesdays, Thursdays 6pm–7pm and Saturdays 10am – 11am. A Wrestling Class is also scheduled. The training floor features varied conditioning equipment such as Kettlebells & Bumper Plates, Free Weights, Slosh Bars, and a Smith Machine, along with Suspended Ropes and Gymnastics Rings & Grip training. Striking practice includes Banana Bags and a Premium Aqua bag striking area. General open facility hours run Noon – 1pm Wednesday, 6:30 – 9pm Weekdays, and 11am – 1pm Saturday, while Sunday class is invitation only.
