Maness Jiu Jitsu & Self Defense operates at 5334 Sidney Road in Cincinnati OH 45238, located inside Plank Pilates Yoga on the West Side of Cincinnati. Training is conducted by Buster Maness, who was born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati. Buster Maness holds the rank of black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and brown belt in Judo, having received his black belt in 2018 under coach Jeff Robison after beginning teaching BJJ in 2012. Class programs provide instruction in ADULTS BJJ, YOUTH BJJ for ages 6-11, and dedicated SELF DEFENSE training. The timetable features scheduled sessions including OPEN MAT and a 5 AM "BREAKFAST CLUB" open mat, alongside availability for private self defense lessons.
