Manna's Martial Arts is located at 12285B World Trade Drive in San Diego, California. Established in 1985, the martial arts institute has instructed thousands of students across traditional Korean disciplines and modern fitness training. Instruction is founded by Grandmaster Brian Manna and guided by experienced master instructors. Training centers on Tang Soo Do and Songin Do, combining classical kicking combinations, forms, hand strikes, self-defense escapes, and character-building codes of conduct. Class schedules provide age-specific programs tailored to developmental stages. Offerings include Tiny Tigers for ages 3 to 4, Little Dragons for ages 5 to 7, and Dragons for ages 7 to 11. Older students train in the Traditional program for ages 12 to 29, the Songin program for adults ages 30 and older, and conditioning kickboxing classes.
