Mat Lab Brazilian Jiu Jitsu operates at 1665 Taylor Rd in Gahanna, Ohio 43230. The academy provides martial arts classes for children and adults, offering novice to advanced instruction in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Instruction at the academy is guided by Professor Travis Haynes. Training incorporates Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu heritage alongside a Hayastan No Gi affiliation that brings specialized instruction in Judo, Sambo and Wrestling to the Mat Lab. Class offerings include BJJ ALL LEVELS, Kid Jitsu, Kid JITSU ADVANCED, and Adult BJJ GI/No Gi. Students can participate in Self-Defense training as well as Competition training. The weekly timetable runs Monday through Saturday, featuring dedicated ADULT DRILL and ADULT SPARRING sessions on Saturdays.
