MatTime

MatTime is a grappling and combat sports training center located at 3105 Penryn Rd Suite 160 in Penryn, California, situated immediately off Highway 80. Founded in 2016, the academy provides no-gi grappling and wrestling development for athletes across Penryn, Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, and Placer County. Instruction is led by a dedicated coaching staff that includes NCAA wrestling qualifier Coach Adrian Garcia alongside instructors Jim Ivaldi and Maximus Gutkowski. The facility features afternoon, evening, and weekend training tracks, including adult no-gi jiu-jitsu classes, middle school and high school pre-season wrestling development for ages 8 to 13, and youth no-gi jiu-jitsu programs segmented for ages 5 to 7, 8 to 10, and 11 to 15. Training emphasizes takedowns, mat control, scrambling agility, and physical toughness. The academy pairs rigorous conditioning with an emphasis on personal integrity, discipline, and practical self-defense. Local grapplers and parents can take advantage of a free first week trial offer.
