Method Jiu Jitsu provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling instruction at 8011 South Sheridan Road, Suite B, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The academy delivers structured combat arts education for beginners, recreational practitioners, law enforcement personnel, and competitive grapplers. Instruction is directed by head coach Dallas Jay Niles, an American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who earned his ranking under world champion Rafael Lovato Jr. and served as a head instructor at Lovato Jiu-Jitsu Headquarters for over a decade. Niles directs the academy's technical syllabus across both gi and no-gi martial arts formats. Coursework encompasses adult fundamentals, advanced submission grappling, family training, and age-divided youth programs. Youth instruction features kids classes for ages 4 to 13 and a teen program for ages 14 through 17 designed to develop mat confidence, drilling discipline, and positional control. Prospective students can begin training with a complimentary introductory class.
