Mid City MMA

Mid City MMA provides martial arts training at 4910 Banks Street in New Orleans, LA 70119. General administrative support is coordinated by Sarah Smith as Operations Manager. Leadership is directed by Shawn Gayton, who serves as Owner & Head Coach. The coaching staff features instructors across multiple disciplines, including Sheridan Moran, Thanh Le, Kodi Roberts, Brandon Corley, and Vinh Le. Instruction is also supported by Jamie Prescod and Justin Robinson. Class schedules accommodate adult and youth students through GI JIU JITSU, MMA PRACTICE, striking sessions, and WRESTLING OPEN MAT / DRILLING. Youth programming includes KIDS JIU JITSU for ages 5-13. Training times run throughout the week, providing class options across morning, afternoon, and evening hours.
