Midsouth LCCT Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy

Midsouth LCCT Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy provides traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu education at 5103 Easley Avenue in Millington, Tennessee. Founded on July 14, 2015, the academy delivers structured submission grappling instruction serving children, teens, and adults across Millington and neighboring Memphis area communities. The school operates under the direct lineage of the Luiz Claudio Combat Team (LCCT), tracing directly from Grand Master Helio Gracie to Master Rickson Gracie, and down to professors Luiz Claudio and Thiago Veiga. The academy is owned and directed by head instructor Stan White III, an IBJJF-certified black belt who began training martial arts in 1993 and received his black belt under Professor Thiago Veiga in November 2021. Instruction is supported by assistant instructor Kati White, who earned her black belt under Professor Veiga in April 2024, and coach Stan White IV. Programs emphasize leverage, positional control, joint submissions, and practical self-defense in both adult and youth cohorts. Classes maintain a cooperative team culture centered on technique and mutual safety.
