Missouri Martial Arts and Fitness

Missouri Martial Arts and Fitness is located at 6699 Veterans Dr in Cedar Hill, MO 63016. Ever since Missouri Martial Arts was founded in 1997, the facility has provided martial arts training serving Jefferson County, Missouri and surrounding areas. Curriculum offerings include Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Yoga, and Modified Wing Chung. Judo sessions are held Monday and Wednesday for Juniors 6 – 7p and Senior 7 – 8:30p. Tae Kwon Do weekday classes feature Lil’ Dragons 4:30 – 5:20p along with Juniors 5:30 – 6:30p and Seniors 6:30 - 8p. Yoga classes meet on Tuesday from 9 am - 10 am and Sunday from 10 am - 11 am, while Modified Wing Chung takes place on Friday from 7:00p - 8:30p. Instruction is guided by experienced leadership. John Moseley is head judo instructor for Missouri Martial Arts; he earned his black belt in 1988, is certified through the Korea Judo Association, holds a USA Judo rank of Yodan, or 4th degree black belt, and serves as Secretary for Missouri Judo Inc. The staff also includes Sara Evans as Owner/Instructor and Bob Wheeler, who was the original owner of Missouri Martial Arts for 17 years.
