Serving practitioners in and around Crystal Lake, the academy fosters an energetic, disciplined training space for students of all skill levels. Training emphasizes practical combat fundamentals, cardiovascular stamina, mental toughness, and technical precision across varied striking and grappling arts. The academy is directed by Sensei Oscar Olivares and Sensei Dylan Kowalski, who personally plan and lead every training session. Drawing on extensive fighting experience gained from competing and conducting seminars across the United States and Mexico, the head coaches have participated in major combat leagues including King of the Cage, K1, XFO, Chicago Submission Challenge, and Grappling Games. They emphasize technical detail, safety, and consistent athletic development. Program offerings encompass Adult MMA, Muay Thai Bags and Pads workouts, Boxing classes, Kettlebell conditioning, and dedicated Kids MMA instruction.
