MMT GYM | Muay Thai Training Facility delivers authentic stand-up striking instruction and combat athletics at 1928 Star-Batt Dr. Suite D in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Also known as Mitten Muay Thai Gym, the facility provides an evidence-based training environment for athletes and fitness enthusiasts in and around Rochester Hills. Training emphasizes traditional eight-limbs striking mechanics, defensive evasion, tactical footwork, and high-intensity conditioning in an encouraging team setting. The academy is co-owned and led by Head Coach Nick Bismack, a Rajadamnern Stadium veteran who accumulated two dozen professional bouts and more than twenty years of combat sports experience. Holding an academic degree in health psychology and neuroscience, Coach Nick has trained elite athletes across the globe, including UFC and ONE Championship veterans as well as the Dubai Royal Family. He coaches alongside an instructional staff that includes Josiah Pila, Tommy Le, and Fernando Baez. Curriculums provide structured development pathways across adult, women-focused, and youth divisions. Program options include adult technical striking, dedicated women's classes, and kids martial arts, with new students encouraged to experience training through a free trial session.
