Modern Day Gladiator MMA operates at 10016 University Blvd. in Orlando, FL 32817. The academy provides a dedicated martial arts training facility for students in east Orlando. The academy is owned by WILLIAM SIZEMORE, a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 16 years of training in Mixed Martial Arts. Coach Sizemore competed in over 20 amateur and professional bouts, compiling an amateur record of 11-2 and professional record of 4-4. He brings over six years of coaching experience from American Top Team East Orlando to the mats. Programs feature Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Muay Thai instruction. The academy also conducts Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kids Kickboxing classes. Students train in fundamental grappling positions, submission techniques, and striking fundamentals in a structured setting.
