Modern Warrior MMA is situated at 774 Corporate Blvd Suite 105, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The training center operates with the motto One Team, One Family! The facility features an in house cage to support combat sports preparation. The gym community includes professional fighters, several prominent amateur fighters, kickboxers, competetive grapplers, and individuals training for fitness. Discipline offerings include Jiu-Jitsu Gi, Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi, and Mixed Martial Arts combining BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. The Gi schedule features Monday (6:15am-7:15am), Monday (6:15pm-7:15pm) (Kids only), Wednesday (6:15am-7:15am), and Saturday (1pm-2pm). No-Gi sessions run Tuesday (8:15pm-9:15pm) and Thursday (7:15pm-8:15pm), while Mixed Martial Arts classes meet Monday (7:15pm-8:15pm) and Saturday (11:00am-1:00pm), followed by Sunday (3:00pm-4:00pm) (Open Mat).
