Montes MMA operates at 3011 Coral Way in Miami, FL 33145. The facility maintains schedule hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM. The school is founded by Alberto Montes, a professional UFC fighter and winner of Dana White’s Contender Series. Sensei Montes holds a double black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and Taekwondo with over 10 years of coaching experience. He oversees curriculum design and instructional standards across all scheduled classes. Class offerings include No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Integrated Grappling, Boxing, and Muay Thai. Youth options feature Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (10-14), Teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (13-19), and MMA Kids classes. Training sessions cover ground takedowns, sweeps, joint submissions, and sparring techniques on the mats.
