Muok Boxing - Seattle Muay Thai Gym

Muok Boxing is a combat sports training center established in 2020 and located at 6332 6th Ave S in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The gym operates out of a spacious 9,000-square-foot industrial warehouse facility dedicated to authentic Muay Thai striking. The training floor features heavy bags, strength training equipment, and private recovery amenities including a sauna. Instructional programming accommodates beginners through seasoned fighters, delivering technical striking drills, pad work, clinching concepts, and defensive movement. In addition to standard striking classes, the gym collaborates with Root Strength to offer athletic conditioning and physical therapy resources under one roof. Open gym training runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 7:45 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and on weekends during scheduled class hours. Prospective members can sign up online to claim a complimentary first class trial.
