Facility instruction is directed by co-owner Coach Bill, a military veteran with more than two decades of fitness coaching background, working alongside Coach Eddie. Program offerings include Adult BoxFit, Teen USA Boxing, Youth BoxFit for children ages 7 to 14, Rock Steady Boxing for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson disease, and adapted boxing fitness for the special needs community.
