Newborn Cascao Jiu Jitsu

Newborn Cascao Jiu-Jitsu operates at 3024 N. Monroe in Spokane, WA. Prospective practitioners can get started by signing up to try a free class. The academy was founded by James Weed, a 3rd degree black belt under Walter Cascão. Weed is a multiple time IBJJF Open Champion and a Black Belt Pan-American medalist, who also serves as the head BJJ Coach of Spokane’s favorite fighter, Michael Chiesa. Coach and founder Walter Cascao is a 5th Degree Black Belt who established Cascao Jiu Jitsu. Training programs cover Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and self-defense for all levels of experience. The weekly timetable features Adult Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ Fundamentals, and Open Mat sessions, alongside no-gi training. Youth martial arts offerings include Kids ages 7-9 and Kids ages 10-14 classes, as well as Muay Thai Kids and Muay Thai Adults.
