Next Level Wrestling Academy

Carlson Gracie Grand Rapids operates at 2035 28th St SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Known also as Next Level Wrestling Academy, the combat sports school provides instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, youth wrestling, and Muay Thai kickboxing for practitioners across the Grand Rapids area. The academy is owned by Michael Moore, who expanded the gym from an initial 2,500-square-foot facility to an expanded 10,000-square-foot training center. Moore leads by example on the competitive mats, having captured a gold medal at the 2024 PanAms. The instructional staff, which includes coach Michael O'Toole, actively trains and competes across BJJ and grappling disciplines. Instruction covers gi and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, positional escapes, joint submissions, youth wrestling takedowns, and Muay Thai stand-up striking.
