NoHo MMA

NoHo MMA is a martial arts training facility located at 5642 Lankershim Blvd in North Hollywood, California, one block north of Burbank blvd. The academy provides structured martial arts and combat fitness programs for adults and children starting at eight years of age. Instruction is directed by Professor Steve Baca, who earned his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt in 2017 from Professor Alberto Crane and holds instructor ranks across multiple disciplines, assisted by black belt Brandon Piedra. Training emphasizes solid fundamentals, proper technique, positional escapes, and ground control on the mats. The curriculum features adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in gi and no-gi formats, kickboxing, Filipino Kali, and Krav Maga training affiliated with the Krav Maga Alliance.
