NoWorries Academy

NoWorries Academy is a combat sports facility situated at 2563 Trammel Rd in Woodruff, South Carolina. The academy serves martial arts practitioners and competitive athletes traveling from Woodruff, Simpsonville, Greenville, and Spartanburg across Upstate South Carolina. The school was founded by Head Coach Karl Reed, an IBJJF Master 1 Purple Belt World Champion, 2023 World Combat Games bronze medalist, and professional mixed martial arts competitor. BJJ instruction is headed by Coach Ian, a black belt with more than fifteen years of grappling experience who trained under multi-time world champions. Course offerings include adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Gi and No-Gi formats, youth martial arts, competitive wrestling, and striking classes. Students practice takedowns, guard retention, submissions, and positional sparring within an accountability-driven training culture.
