Nuk Soo Muay Thai

Nuk Soo Muay Thai is a combat striking gym located inside the Albany Aikido Dojo at Hilltop Plaza, 143 Troy Schenectady Rd in Latham, New York. The academy provides authentic Thai kickboxing instruction for practitioners seeking fighting skills and conditioning. Head instructor Daniel Karabin directs all classes, bringing over 25 years of martial arts experience across boxing, karate, and Muay Thai, alongside an active 9-2 competition record with training completed at camps in Thailand. The curriculum teaches the traditional eight-limb striking system using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Classes combine bag drills, technical pad work, clinch mechanics, and intensive core conditioning designed for both novice students and seasoned strikers. Training sessions are held Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:45 PM to 9:15 PM, Friday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. New students can register for a complimentary trial class.
