OC Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu operates at 3702 East Chapman Ave. Suite E in Orange, California. Affiliated with the Carlson Gracie lineage, the academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, self-defense systems, and ground combat instruction for children, teenagers, and adult practitioners in the Orange community. Instruction at the school guides students through fundamental positional control, guard passes, joint locks, and submission defenses.
