Ohm Jiu Jitsu

Ohm Jiu Jitsu is situated at 4420 4th Ave S in Birmingham, AL 35222, located in the local Avondale neighborhood. Prospective students can reach the facility by calling (205) 520-4564. Classes focus on no-gi jiu jitsu training where practitioners train in their own workout gear with no uniform to buy. Every class is taught by black belt coaches on the mat. Coaching is provided by DJ Wright, who holds a Black Belt — 2nd Degree, and Russell Marbut, who holds a Black Belt — 1st Degree as a no-gi specialist. The weekly schedule provides Beginner classes Monday through Thursday at 5:30pm, All-Levels classes Monday through Thursday at 6:00pm, and an all-levels noon class Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00pm. Open mat sessions include a Friday All-City Open Mat from 6:00pm–8:00pm and a Saturday Members Open Mat at 10:00am. Pricing includes a free trial class (zsh), 2 Classes / Week at / bi-weekly, and Unlimited classes at / bi-weekly with no contract and no sign-up fee.
