The academy is guided by head instructor Adam Kushdilian, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt with four stripes who brings over seven years of mat experience and two years of coaching. Students participate in positional sparring, submission grappling drills, and defensive mat mechanics within a structured environment.
