One Hit MMA

One Hit MMA operates at 192 N Fairfield Rd Suite 2, Layton, UT 84041. Training programs accommodate participants of all ages, ranging from complete beginners to amateurs and competitors. The gym was founded by Layton local Aldo Oreggia, who serves as Founder & Coach and holds title as a two-time Brazilian National ISKA Champion. Coaching is designed for students seeking fitness, self-defense, or fight preparation, and sparring remains an optional activity during practice. Curriculum options include Kickboxing, Gi Jiu-Jitsu, No Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and MMA. Youth classes provide Kids Kickboxing, Kids Gi Jiu-Jitsu, and Kids Sparring Kickboxing. The weekly timetable runs Monday through Saturday, featuring 10:30 AM morning sessions as well as evening classes, with advanced classes recommended for students training 6+ months.
