One Way Martial Arts Alexandria provides combat sports instruction and martial arts education at 5416 Eisenhower Ave in Alexandria, Virginia. The academy conducts daily morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions for children, teens, and adults across Alexandria and the surrounding DMV area. The facility is co-owned and operated by Mahamed Aly, a 4-time IBJJF World Champion, alongside co-owner and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach Patrick Almeida. The instructional staff also includes striking and mixed martial arts coach Jansey Jones Silva and youth coach Josh Wong, who oversees grappling classes for children ages 7 to 10. Academy coursework encompasses gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi submission grappling, Muay Thai, boxing, and wrestling. Age-specific youth programs include Tumblers BJJ for ages 2 to 3, Tots BJJ for ages 4 to 6, Kids BJJ for ages 7 to 10, and Teens BJJ for ages 11 to 14, alongside youth Muay Thai for ages 7 and older. Prospective students can register for a complimentary trial class.
