Outlier Striking MMA

Outlier Striking MMA operates at 120 Commerce Circle in Kearneysville, West Virginia 25430, sharing quarters in the same facility as SRA CrossFit. Group training classes run Monday-Friday at 5 PM with additional training scheduled Saturday at 10 AM. Coaching is provided by Coach Carlos, who began his fighting path training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Nova Uniao under Dede Pederneiras and claimed gold as a blue belt in a Rio de Janeiro State championship. Carlos expanded into Muay Thai under Pedro Rizo, Renato Babalu Sobral, and Alexandre Baixinho Barros before competing in Vale Tudo bouts, earning a 2012 Golden Gloves NJ lightweight championship, and completing a Rutgers degree in physical therapy. Program options center on striking, boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. The academy provides a monthly membership priced at for unlimited classes per month, alongside customized private lessons tailored to individual training goals.
