Pan-Afrikan Grappling and Judo

Pan Afrikan Grappling, also operating under the banner PAN-AFRIKAN GRAPPLING & JUDO, is located at 104 Chowning Dr. DeSoto, TX 75115 Suite #108. The martial arts organization provides grappling instruction focused on judo, jujitsu, and wrestling. Training at the facility is conducted under the guidance of Brother Shabazz, Instructor. Coaching across group programs emphasizes core fundamentals, discipline, physical fitness, and practical self-defense. One-on-one Private lessons are also offered and are Available upon request for practitioners seeking personalized instruction. Group instruction is organized across dedicated youth and adult cohorts. Youth training takes place in the Child Group Class for students ages 5 - 12 years old, meeting Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Older students train in the Adult Group Class for practitioners 13 years and older, meeting Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. The academy holds no classes on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.
