Pedigo Submission Fighting Los Angeles - Jiu Jitsu

Pedigo Submission Fighting Los Angeles is situated at 12958 Hawthorne Blvd in Hawthorne, California. The academy represents the affiliate of Pedigo Submission Fighting, also known as Daisy Fresh, an American Jiu-Jitsu team established in Mt. Vernon, Illinois by Heath Pedigo. The Los Angeles school is run by Derek Featherstun, a black belt under Rodrigo Vaghi and native of Mt. Vernon. Featherstun was the first person from PSF to earn an IBJJF Pan or World medal at blue belt, and subsequently became the first PSF black belt world champion at the IBJJF 2021 No Gi World Championships. He has also earned championship titles at No Gi Pans and Pans. Instruction includes kids jiu-jitsu programs that build self-defense skills, endurance, and physical conditioning alongside adult gi and no-gi classes. Weekend training concludes with a Saturday no-gi open mat session open to team practitioners.
