Power Half Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts is located at 39 Wrightstown Cookstown Road, Cookstown, New Jersey 08511, United States. The training center includes a fully matted wrestling room and an MMA cage wall right outside the main gates from Joint Base Maguire-Lakehurst-Dix. Coaching includes Coach Benedetti, who brings 15 years of NJSIAA coaching experience to the academy as the former Head Coach at Hamilton High School West. Martial arts instruction is also provided by Professor Jeff Cressman, a Third Degree Black Belt under Professor Carlos Catania who received his promotion to Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Master Brad Daddis. Class programs cover Competitive Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, and Competitive Fight Team Training. Youth wrestlers can participate on the Power Half Grapevine Wrestling Team for children K-8 during tournament season. Prospective students can begin training by registering for a free trial.
