Weekly facility hours run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9-11:30 AM / 4-9 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 4-9 PM, Saturday from 9 AM-12 PM, and Sunday from 9-10:30 AM / 1:30-3 PM. Instruction is led by Kru Sonny Ross, who brings Over 25 years of experience. The coaching roster also features Mark Metcalf with 20 plus years experience heading Judo instruction, alongside Ria Punzalan with 12 plus years experience teaching Krav Maga. Program options include MuayThai, Judo, SpitFire Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and youth classes for kids (ages 7-11). Enrollment plans feature contract options for 6 months, 1 year, and month-to-month terms, along with a 10 class punchcard and 10% off the price for Military & Police Officers. First-time visitors can participate in 1 FREE class to evaluate the curriculum.
