Progresso Jiu Jitsu Frisco is located at 8050 Preston Road Suite 207, Frisco, TX 75034. Students and visitors can contact the Preston Road academy by phone at 469-535-7022. The school opened in January 2024 as the second Progresso location, providing more than 1,600 square feet of BJJ training space equipped with quality mats and wall pads, free parking, Wi-Fi, changing rooms, and showers. Instruction is led by Head Instructor and founder Alexander Trans, a black belt and 1st European IBJJF World Champ, coaching alongside black belt instructors Davi Cabral and Anthony Robinson. The academy offers Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and adults, with training scheduled Monday through Saturday. Youth classes are arranged by age group, including Kids BJJ 3-7 Years, Kids BJJ 8-14 Years, Kids BJJ Advanced 8-14 Years, and Kids BJJ No-Gi 8-14 Years. New students can begin with a free trial class.
