Progresso Jiu Jitsu Plano

Progresso Jiu Jitsu Plano is situated at 3000 Custer Road Suite 220, Plano, TX 75075. Inquiries regarding classes and enrollment can be directed to the academy by calling 972-526-0756. The facility opened in October 2020 as the first Progresso location, covering more than 6,500 square feet overall. Training facilities include approximately 2,000 square feet for Jiu-Jitsu and 1,200 square feet dedicated to Muay Thai, alongside locker rooms and showers. The teaching staff is led by Head Instructor and founder Alexander Trans, working with instructors Davi Cabral and Anthony Robinson. Programs at the Plano location include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kids Jiu-Jitsu, and private martial arts lessons, with training available for practitioners ranging from young kids to adults in their 50s and 60s. Youth classes feature Kids BJJ 3-7 Years and Kids BJJ 8-14 Years, with sessions running Monday through Saturday. Prospective students can start with a free trial class.
