Push + Pull Jiu Jitsu

Push + Pull Jiu Jitsu operates at 12908 N Highway 395, Suite 3 in Spokane, WA 99218. Located in Wandermere and Mead off Highway 395 in North Spokane, the facility sits between Ace Hardware and Birdy's Sports Bar. The academy offers two free trial classes for new students to get started based on age and experience. All classes are taught by the head instructor unless otherwise noted. The academy welcomes students with no appointment necessary during open hours, operating Monday through Saturday with Sunday closed. The training schedule provides Adult Gi and Adult NoGi classes spanning Level I, Level II, and competition sessions. Youth training tracks feature Kids Gi and Kids NoGi groups divided for ages 4-7 and ages 8-12. The academy also hosts community open mat sessions, including one free open mat per week on Monday evenings for experienced participants.
