Ralph Gracie Sacramento is located at 4000 Truxel Rd in the North Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento, California. The academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction for children, juniors, and adult practitioners across all experience levels. Head instructor Manny Gonzales began teaching at age sixteen and received his black belt from Ricardo Guimaraes in 2012, carrying a lineage traced directly through Royler Gracie. The coaching staff also includes black belt Katie Dees, who directs the academy's dedicated women-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for local students. Class offerings encompass adult gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, structured youth classes for students ages five and up, and women-only classes focusing on self-defense and technical development. Training sessions run throughout the week with early morning, midday, and evening time slots.
