Ramtown Karate

Ramtown Karate operates at 1680 N Lincoln Street in Dixon, California. The martial arts dojo provides traditional Japanese karate instruction, athletic conditioning, and youth character development for students throughout the Dixon community. Instruction centers on traditional Ryukyukan Shorinryu karate, guided by experienced black belt instructors and sempais. Training emphasizes fundamental stances, strikes, blocks, kicks, kata forms, partner drills, and practical self-defense techniques designed to build coordination and self-control. Youth programming is organized into age-specific classes including Tigers for ages 4 to 5, Dragons for ages 6 to 8, and Samurai for ages 9 to 12. Older students train in teen and adult classes for ages thirteen and older, alongside advanced sessions for nikkyu ranks and above and tournament competition teams.
