Rasai Jiu Jitsu operates at 7343 Ronson Rd Unit P in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego, California. The school offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction tailored for children, teens, and adults across all experience levels. The academy is owned and directed by head instructor Sergio Rios, an active competitor and world champion who started training in Bahia, Brazil at age fifteen and earned his black belt in 2009 from coach Marcos Matos. Youth instruction is led by Sophia Nordenö, a black belt under Alfredo Barum since 2017 who has competed in ADCC and IBJJF events. The program includes Toddler Jiu-Jitsu for ages four to six, youth classes, and adult training tracks covering core technique and self-defense. In addition to training mat space, the academy features cold plunge facilities for recovery.
