Redemption Brazillian JiuJitsu and MMA

Redemption BJJ + MMA is situated at 3810 N Monroe in Spokane, WA 99205. Prospective practitioners and members can view schedules, manage bookings, and sign up for classes through the online member portal. Instruction at the facility is provided by seasoned instructors dedicated to building martial skill and physical development on the mats. Training is organized across dedicated tracks including BJJ GI, BJJ NO-GI, and MMA / Striking. The environment is designed to challenge students physically while supporting personal fitness and martial arts goals. The weekly schedule features training sessions held from Monday through Friday. Morning classes include BJJ GI sessions from 6:00am - 7:00am on Mondays and Wednesdays. Evening training provides MMA / Striking classes from 5:00pm - 6:00pm and BJJ GI or BJJ NO-GI classes from 6:00pm - 7:00pm, alongside a NO GI Open Mat on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
