Renzo Gracie Jersey City operates at 2815 Kennedy blvd - 3rd fl - Suite 305 in the Journal Sq area of jersey city. Training sessions are scheduled regularly with classes available 7 days a week. Youth training features the Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 5–12) program alongside Kids Kickboxing (Ages 5–12) for children ages 5–12. Both youth programs require no prior experience. For older practitioners, the academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu for adults and teens, as well as striking training in Muay Thai / Kickboxing. Members can also participate in Open Mat (Members Only) reserved for active members only. Equipment requirements specify a gi for traditional sessions, a rashguard and board shorts for no-gi grappling, and boxing gloves and shin guards for striking classes. Prospective participants can begin training with a free trial class available at the facility.
