Colantuono has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2000 and holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt in BJJ. Instruction is supported by Bryan White, who serves as Head Adults Instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience, alongside Head Kids Instructor Chris Poland and Head Kickboxing Instructor Dave Thomson. Academy coursework includes Adult Gi, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Kick Boxing, Aerial Fitness, and Kids Class sessions.
