Revolution Dojo Katy

Revolution Dojo Katy provides martial arts instruction and combat fitness training at 414 West Grand Parkway #197 in Katy, Texas. The academy serves martial artists, competitive grapplers, and families across the Katy and greater Houston metropolitan region. Instruction is directed by owner and Professor Jeff Messina, an IBJJF-certified fourth-degree black belt under Rodrigo Medeiros and a first-degree judo black belt under Jaime Lazcano. The coaching roster features Professor Veronica Mota, a black belt under Messina and double gold medalist at the 2022 Pan American Championship who heads women's training, alongside judo Sensei Jaime Lazcano, a third-degree judo black belt, and mixed martial arts coach Larry Crowe. Training programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, judo, mixed martial arts, and kids martial arts divided into introductory classes for ages 5 to 6 and advanced sessions for ages 10 and older. Prospective students can register for a complimentary trial class.
