Rilion Gracie The Woodlands is based at 24527 Gosling Rd Suite D110, Spring, TX 77389. The training academy serves grapplers across Spring and The Woodlands, TX. The gym offers specialized training programs including Kids BJJ, Adults BJJ, Women's Self-Defense, Home School classes, and Private Classes. Children's instruction is divided into Kids 1 for Ages 3 to 6 and Kids 2 for Ages 7 to 12, while adult practitioners participate in Adult BJJ open to Adults 13+. Facility operating hours are Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Sunday: Closed.
